90s black midi skirt with a sheer overlay on top with forget me not flowers all throughout. There is a blue, green and white floral pattern on the inside that peaks through the sheer overlay. There is a baby blue band around the bottom over a small ruffle. There is a zipper/hook&eye closure on the left side.
