Rare 1970s Koos Van den Akker Couture Plaid & Polka Dot Long Sleeve Dress, sz. M

Description: Long sleeve dress with bright red polka dot pattern on chest, bright warm-toned plaid on sleeves and under bust, and cool-toned plaid skirt bottom. The dress buttons down the front and should spell out "Koos" (the brand), but the K button is missing from the top. There is a squiggle line detail across the bust and across the back. Can fit sizes M-1XL, depending on desired fit.
