1980s Victor Costa Structured Red Dress, sz. M

Description: Long sleeve red dress with trumpet style skirt at bottom. Dress has shoulder pads and four front false pockets. The dress zippers up the front, but is hidden by fabric. There is a button at the collar and buttons on sleeve cuffs. The trumpet style flare at the bottom is quilted and padded.
